I recently saw a V70R for sale. Lo miles, 70,000mi. which makes them want $13,500 for it. I have a non-turbo V70, and I thought of maybe finally tasting an R!

Only thing is I have seen a lot of horror threads about the AWD on these cars. I am hoping that if it is well kept, maybe the AWD is still intact. But what should I look or listen for when I do a test drive ? Anything particular I have to watch out for ? What is the lifespan of the AWDs and turbo mechnism ?

This car is the orange one. Quite rare paint! And I hope not a lemon!

I'd appreciate any tips, esp. Klaus (I guess you own one:-)
