V70 / 1998 / 125,000 miles

The uph. below the window trim and and above the door arm rest on driver side door is starting to come loose from the under panel. What is the easiest to repair, or have this repaired. Is this something any uph. shop should be able to deal with. In all my years dealing with cars have never had a uph. problem before.
