Oil Cooler leak V70-XC70 1998

Gentlemen ! ! !

I have just noticed oil on the driveway,,, it appears to come from the oil
cooler area.. It is a v70 Automatic GLT 1998. Does it mean that the radiator
has to be replaced.... or can one just get the oil cooler part of the radiator,
Is it repairable or am I looking for the complete radiator replacement package.

The lower hose connection looks clean and oil free.

I had removed the cover underneath.. Therewas oils in it. (Air Deflector.)
