Does anyone know specifically if a radiator from a turbo can replace the radiator in a non turbo?

Here's the deal: I have a line on a brand new turbo radiator that is significantly cheaper than a non turbo one. By the photos, the only difference seems to be that of an additional cooler on the turbo.

Let's be specific here. The turbo radiator has an additional cooler on the right side that I would not use. My non turbo has radiator hoses that connect on the upper right and the lower left (driver's side). Can a Turbo owner confirm that these are a different location on the turbo? Is there any reason to believe that the hoses are a different diameter? Thanks for the help.
