Timing belt replacement, what else? 850

I have a 1996 850 gle with 210k miles on it. I have done the timing belt before, no problem. This time I am wondering what else I should replace. I am more familar with the 700/900 series issues.

Should I replace the seals, tensioner or water pump? Any other "while your at it's"?
