Diagnostic connecter A6 code 1-4-3 850 1994

Car is a 1994 850 non-turbo. Today the "check engine" (not service) light went on. I went to check the codes and I found that A6 was storing the code 1-4-3. I decided to clear it, figuring if there was a problem the code would trigger again. I took it for a test drive and the code did not set itself again. Does anyone know what the code means?

One of these days I need to get that "pocket reference book" that Volvo sells...
