fog lights 850 1996

Hey Kids!
I had an idea. I want to move my horns from in front of the radiator. The reason being that I want to mount a couple of yellow fog lights behind the grill ala early 70s mustangs. I figure I can put the horns pretty much anywhere and I can use the existing brackets to mount dual yellow round foglights on the existing brackets. Basically making my 96 wagon a faux rally car.
Now here is the question. What do I do about fusing and wiring. Should I run them off of my low beams. Should I put inline fuses to keep from blowing circuits?
Just imagine how cool a pair of yellow fog lights would look creeping behind the grill of my boxy monster. I think it would look tre' cool and afford me extra visibility. Does anybody have experience with this.
