Door panel noise S60

My S60 2001 has a lot of door panel noise. It sounds like a speaker frapping out. The deailer has taken the panels off and lined them with felt of some kind. It helped a bit. They also replaced a couple of the speakers. Anywho... the sound is still there. Any ideas? If not, how do I take the panels off? I'll give it a go myself and try to fix it. It is driving me nuts!
