The front O2 sensor is sending up error codes as I am about to drive from Maine to Florida. I bought the part ( $179 ) even though nothing seems to be affected by this yet. The dealership wants about $200 to install it. It looks simple. Is it? What would happen if I do nothing? Thanks very much
