Power window gear broken? 850

My ex-wife's 850 seems to have a broken power window drive gear.
From what she tells me on the phone it makes a worn tooth clickety clank which in operation, not just at the end of the cycle.
I have perrused some photos and MatthewsVolvoSite 850 service manual but do not know how this particular model is set-up.
What is the standard fault?
Where/how/who has the chaepest replacement?
