What are your favorite Brake pads & Roters? 850

Hi & Thanks,
I'm going to do my brakes. What are your favorite parts? OEM? ceramic?. I'm interested in cross drilled rotors, and pads with less dust and definitely no squeal. (leaning toward OEM for no squeal). Any thoughts, help, or advice greatly appreciated as always.
