New transmission installed - now long crank time S80

Just had a new tranny installed in the S80 T6 and it takes a long time to crank. Sometimes the tach is jumping as I try to start. Takes about 10 sec to start or more.

Any suggestions on what this may be? Dealer says it's not related to trans ...
