Rear Window Cleaner Pump V70-XC70 1999

I hope this is not too dumb, but.

I don't have the owners manual for the v70xc I purchased, and the rear window cleaner pump does not appear to work.

First question, Is the rear window cleaner activated via the push button on the end of the wiper control?

Second question, Is there 2 washer fluid reservoirs (I had a Aerostar that had a rear reservoir).

Third question, Where is the pump located for the rear window? I was under the car and I think I saw a pump connected to the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir. Is this the pump for the windshield/headlights?
