Antenna won't go all the way down 850 1995

My power antenna goes down to the last section (8-10" sticking out) and then stops. You can't hear it laboring or anything, it stops immediately. If you stand there and attempt to help it, it doesn't change anything as it stops abruptly as I mentioned. Of course, it goes back up when it is supposed to.

Wondering if anyone has had this problem, and if there is an adjustment, or where I can buy parts and what part I may need.
