ECC frozen feet problem: FIXED!! 850

I finally found what was the problem with my HVAC not directing warm air to my feet.

The servo motor shaft is going into a little plastic square fitting which was broken.

I fitted a piece of vinyl hose around it and solidified it with a hose clamp.

now the servo motor directs the air where it should, even if the blower is set to maximum.
