Front pulse wheel replacement 850 1993

I am replacing the front bearing hub on my 1993 850. The ABS pulse wheel fell off and is in several peaces. Is this something I can repalce. My haynes book tells me special tools are required for "removal" -- well thats not a problem. It is a press fit fitting. The book tells me this work should be entrusted to a Volvo dealer. Seems like I've done the hard work. The CV Joint is ready for a new wheel. Can it be epoxyed on? Any other suggestions?
