Battery from Costco/Kirkland vs. Volvo and cold crank question 850

I have a 95 850 base wagon needing a battery. I found one at Costco--Kirkland brand. Their book said I needed 520 CC (does that mean cold crank?) but then underneath it said (and I'm not sure if it pertained to the 850 model) "optional" 600cc. The only battery in their class ranking (#12) was a 580 CC battery. My current battery is a Volvo brand and I did find 600cc on the battery (again I assume this means cold crank?).

1. can I use this Kirkland brand 580 cc battery ($50ish)?
2. Is using the original Volvo battery ($110ish) "better"?

Thanks,

Saskia
