Need some help PLEASE. I recently aquired a 98 V70 AWD with 119K. The Check Engine light came on and I went to the parts store to read the codes. O2 Sensors too high voltage. I replaced both sensors with Bosch Universals. I replaced them one at a time. First the front one then code check indicated the rear was okay. A call to Bosch was to replace the other. I did and both codes returned. I asked someone w/ an OBDII scanner to read it for me. Minimal experience yielded that the O2 sensor reading was 1.07v. I do not know what to determine from that. I have seen other postings to check the vacuum lines and grounds. I think I have done that but I did not get any specifics on where to look there are many vacuum lines and grounds on the car.

Sorry so long. I hope this is enough for someone to assist in the troubleshooting.

Thank you.
