Sticky/gummy surface door switches S70

Just bought this car and all the switch buttons (windows dook lock and mirror) on the doors have this sticky touch to it, is the normal on this car.

2000 S70 GLT 60K miles (This is the one with the issue)

1996 960 160K miles
