1995 volvo 850 sedan (non turbo) weird electical stuff ... PLEASE HELP !

hello all...hope everyone is fine...we are having some weird issues that come and go on a regular basis....radio turns on and off (aftermarket radio)...heater blower on and off...turn signals speeding up .... abs light on and off....sometimes all at once , sometimes one at a time....cars runs perfect ..im thinking voltage reg. or fuse issue ?....any thoughts before i start my search ?....i thank everyone in advance for your help...robert mcneil
