Buying an 850, what should I look for? 850

I'm looking at buying an 850 for my wife. Currently, she has a 1990 740 that I will go to me once she gets her newer car.

Our budget only allows for a vehicle in the $6000 range. I've read that the early s/v 70s have problems and that I should look at getting late 850 model.


What are your suggestions and why?
