ABS problem?? 850 1993

I noticed recently when I'm slowing down to an almost stop, my brake petal pulsates like the ABS is engaging. It probaby does this 1 out of every 3 stops now. Sometimes I get annoyed and just pump them as I'm coming to a stop and it goes away. No dash lights or anything. What could this be??
