humming cv joint?? 850

I have humming from my front right wheel for about 2 weeks I have checked everything... i have put on new wheels, hub, rotor, brakes, sway links.
At about 40mph and faster i have the hum/vibration. Today i took the wheel off and with the front of the car off the ground you could really hear it...seems to be coming from the CV joint were it cradles to the frame?? Any ideas anyone? could it just be the CV axle? Thanks for any advise!
