2002 S60 AWD resists moving when wheels turned sharply S60 2002

When I turn my car in a tight space (like accessing a parking space) it resists moving and will bring the car to a stop unless significant gas is applied. When enough gas is applied and motion resumes (forward or backward), the car feels like it's wobbling. After this wobbling affect occurs the car has a tendency to lurch when I shut the engine off. Again, this only occurs when I cut the wheel sharply. The car has not behaved this way until recently.

My real problem is that the behavior is inconsistent. I've brought the car in to 4 different Volvo dealers to address this problem but none can replicate the issue. Each time they have sent the car home with a clean bill of health and a bill for diagnostics. Yet the problem continues and seems to get worse each time it happens. I recognize one possibility is that the problem exists only when the car is cold.

Prior to my leaving it overnight with a dealer, I'm hoping to get a better idea of what the problem is and perhaps some suggestions on how to describe it to the service department. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
