Euro headlamps

Darn, I got too close to a semi dirt hauler and now I have a small hole and 1 inch chip missing in the inside of my Ecode lenses. The reflectors were dirty from the previous owner. Bummer! I really like the sharp cutoff and the ability to see road signs 1/4 mile away with my low beams.

So... I am thinking of ordering a set of headlights from Europe for my 1998 V70. They are 89EU each, plus 40EU for priority shipping. Not exactly cheap.

The QUESTION:

Euro cars have motorized aiming from the driver's seat. If I install these, how can I aim them? I am not going to buy all of the EU electricals and switches and relays, as much as I would love to have them :)
Can I make use of the "city" lights? That would be perfect DRLs.
