seat swap 850 1995

wondering whether the 1999 s70 front seats would be a direct bolt-in swap into a 1995 850 sw.

i know that the bolt pattern is the same up front (18inch wide) but i'm not sure about the rear mounts. anyone have experience with this situation. also, any thoughts on the sips and how should i remove and replace; unhook battery etc?

my 95 is great but the original seats are definitely in need of replacement.
