possible battery drain on a '96 850 850 1996

About a month and a half ago my parents went out of town and the car sat for three days. I went to start the car, so that I could wash it, and the car had trouble starting-though it did start. The interstate battery, which was less than 2 years old, was reading 12.4 cold volts. Under load it was getting 13.75 + . Interstate told me that 12.4 volts is the low end for a cold reading, and gave me a free replacement under warranty. When the new battery came in, I tested it (cold) and it read 12.75 volts. Over the past few weeks I have periodically tested the battery, and while under load it is always around 13.75, when it is cold it fluctuates. I tested it yesterday and it was 12.59 cold. Today, after not been driven for 2 days it read 12.57. I have looked for possible electrical draws, but have found none. The glove box light needs to be replaced, as it is out, but the box closes as it should. There is a Apline single cd player, that was installed 2 years ago, but when the car is off the Alpine completely shuts down. Even the clock on the unit turns off. If I remove the face plate, I get the blinking red light. I should also state that the car goes approximately 3k every 3 months, with at least one long distance trip (of 200 miles or more) each month. My dad usually leaves the key in the ignition overnight, but he has stopped doing that for a week. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Danke :)
