Removing front door panel V70-XC70

I have a 1999 v70 xc. The front passenger door will not lock. The dealership wants $302 to fix it with a replacement front door lock mechanism. They will sell the part for $181. I can buy the part from eEuroparts.com for $95. I have got to start doing some of the work myself because this car is killing me financially. I looked at the door panel and didnot see an obvious way to remove it. Can anyone give me the secret how to get the door panals off? It should be fairly simple to install the new mechanisn (right?) if I can get the panel off.
