V40 climate control bulbs S40-V40 2000

All the bulbs are out (dark) behind the AC knobs.
Can anyone tell me or point me to how to replace these bulbs? I removed the knobs, but thats not enough to get at them.

Also, are they available at R Shack, or is it dealer only?
