Crankcase Pressure Buildup 850 1995

We just purchased a 95 850 GLT non-Turbo For my son. This is our third Volvo besides my 96 855 Turbo with 293,000 miles and an '03 XC. I am getting oil leaking out of the oil cap and dipstick. Before I blow out the main seals, I would like to rectify this problem, if I haven't done so already, I hope. After looking at the postings and Bay 13, I took a look at the Flame Trap and it had already been removed-I guess it's really not needed anyway. The Throttle Body looks clean. No Check Engine alerts are evident on the dash and I haven't hooked up a scanner tool-some day I should buy one. What should I check next? I think the oil separator only applies to the turbo model so that wouldn't apply. Thanks in advance for any assistance...
