Anyone had a blown strut spring seat? 850

Hi All:

Just got home from work this afternoon and noticed a dent in my good so popped the hood and my 4 month old bilstein heavy duty strut bar has ripped the spring seat out. I don't recall hitting any pot holes and the spring seat was new. Anyone else have something like this happen? Wonder if the HD Bilsteins require a heavier spring seat...
