Have RPM & Camshaft position codes. How to test? 850 1994

Have a 1994 850 Non-Turbo wagon. Wife went to the post office on Saturday came out and tried to start but 850 would not. She let it sit and tried again nothing. Finally, after three more failed attempts it started and ran fine (It has not reproduced the non-starting act since). When she got home and told me I pulled the codes, have the following:

1-3-1 RPM sensor signal absent.

2-1-4 RPM sensor signal absent intermittently.

3-1-4 Camshaft position sensor signal absent intermittently.

Chilton’s says the RPM sensor (CKP) should have resistance between 200-500 ohms. They have no such listing for Camshaft position sensor (CMP). Is it the same as for the RPM sensor or different?

Any other way to tell if the sensors: RPM sensor and/or Camshaft position sensor is going bad and test?

If needed where can I get a good price on replacements?

Thanks for the help. BDV
