Seeking front suspension advice 1997 850

At 135,000 miles, we still have the original struts and other front suspension components. I thought I would treat it to new struts but how do I tell if it REALLY needs them? Also would like advise on what and where to buy replacements given that I just want original quality, not looking to upgrade or stiffen.

ALSO, (I know nothing about front suspension componenets) should I replace some other bushings, tie rod ends, or ????
