What is the absolute highest gas mileage I can get out of my 99 v70? I'm freaking out that gas in chicago is going to go through the roof in the next year. Can a v70 get 400 miles per tank.. I Know I've come close before..what can be done to improve mileage other than driving slower(yeah right)....
