driver seat cushion sagging down S60 2001

Noticed lately that the driver seat cushion (S60 MY01) is a bit sagging (compared to the co-driver seat) and I am not a particular heavy person; anyway it doesn't feel as firm and comfortable as new anaymore.

Anyone else noticed this and what can be done about it?
