Belt noise again??? 850 1995

I got my serpentine belt and the idler pulleys along with the timing belt and the timing belt idlers replaced about 5k miles ago. Everything was good without any noises until recently its been getting cold out. I get a "chirp" every 2 seconds that is in my opinion coming from the serpentine belt right where the PS pump is. So far I have noticed it mainly in the morning and it starts about 1 minute after initial start up and lasts for a few mins.

I got 142k

Any ideas...
