'new' 850, working through kinks....do 1998 70series seats fit? 850 1997

So I got a "new" 1997 850 from Georgia and drove it up to Ohio this weekend. It got a pile of miles (like 230K) but only 60K on a new engine. Runs great, especially now that I replaced the stuck-open thermostat. I'm also replacing a slew of parts in the next few days, including odo gear, ball joints/control arms, headlight lens, flame trap, ignition contact switch, and a few others. Any major 850 specific things I should look out for aside from regular stuff? I've been a 240/740 man for years, and so far the 850 only seems marginally more complex.

So for my real question: Will seats from a 1998 S/V70 fit in the thing? The tan leather of the two front seats is cracked/broken/missing in various places and I have a place I can get the S/V70 ones for $100 each. Thanks very much!
