PCV Flame trap on my 99 NA V70?

I'm a little confused, well a lot. I noticed some oil around the filler neck and suspected a clogged flame trap. But I'm having trouble determining if my car even has one. Can anyone help? The car has 117k. I've had it for about 35k and never serviced the flame trap unless the mechanic did it with the timing belt change. Any suggestions?
