rear camshaft oil seal and air pump hose question V70-XC70 1998

'98 V70R
Hi all, I'm chasing down a bad oil leak and I know that the rear camshaft oil seal is leaking (the one at the position sensor). I just don't know where else it might be coming from (if any). So are there any other seals in that area. I know of the other rear camshaft seal at the distributor but anything else?

Any advice on removal and replacement? Is it straightforward?

Also, in my attempt to get to the CMP, I ended up cutting off the air pump hose where it connects to the air pump check valve. Maybe not the smartest thing to do but I needed room and was getting pissed and besides my air pump doesn't work anymore anyway, just makes a loud noise in the winter when I start up. So can I just plug up the check valve and/or the hose end and will everything be okay or do I need to replace and close the system?

Thanks,

Wes
