replacing bulbs in heater control stack and steering-wheel mtd Cruise Cont S80

Several bulbs are out in the heater control stack on my '99 S80. I've read some info about using bulbs from Radio Shack. However, I need to know how to remove the panel so I don't break anything. In addition, some of the bulbs are out in the cruise control buttons that are in the steering-wheel. Any suggestions? And now, one last item. I need to replace the turn signal lever as the high beams wont stay on. Is it just a single screw that holds it in place? Is it "plug and play?
