My wife unlocked our 97, got in, shut the door, and the locks snapped down and the lights began flashing. But the alarm did not go off. Normally when you lock it the lights only flash once. She said they didn't stop. She had to get out and lock and unlock the car with the remote to get them to quit. Yesterday I unlocked it, turned around to do something, and they locked on their own accord. Problem seems intermittent. What's wrong, and is there an easy fix? Weather has been cold and nasty, and two weeks ago the locks were frozen because I'd taken it through a carwash to get all the salt off. But now the weather is in the mid forties F. Dick
