Recommendations for mechanics in Ann Arbor? V70-XC70

Does anyone have recommendations for competent Volvo mechanics in Ann Arbor, Michigan? My daughter will start graduate school there is fall and I may let her use the family V70 for the first year. A quick search brought up two repair places:

SWEDISH ENGINEERING SERVICE - NORTH

Ann Arbor, MI 48103

Students are often preyed upon by car shops, especially female customers, so reputable and thorough are higher priority than cheap.

Question 2: do we need to buy steel wheels and snow tires like Blizzaks? This car is front drive only and has new Bridgestone "all weather" tires on the 15 inch wheels. Thanks!
