PS Reservoir on 2004 C70

While checking under the hood I noticed that the resevoir for power stearing fluid was wet from midpoint down ( at the point where the top and bottom come together ). Yup I was low on fluid.
Has anyone had this happen ? Souuld I just replace the resevoir or try to see if it is just separated ?
Any help is appreciated.
