Race Crank Pulley 850 1994

I have a 1994 non turbo 850 with a 5 speed transmission. Would it be a waste of time to put on an aluminum crank pulley? I would like to get 190 HP out of it. I see a couple on ebay, just wanted some thoughts before I invest $150 and a Saturday afternoon.
