850 "putters' under throttle 850 1994

Whenever I punch it, the engine seems to putters a bit as it accelerates. It seems to be accelerating fine, but I can feel something up with the engine. Also, when stopped IN gear, the engine seems to putters once every few seconds. Its just a small blip then its gone.

any ideas?

I think Im due for a tune up soon, I might just go ahead and do it now to see if thats the problem
