850 oil leaking to no where!? Temp guage faulty? 850

Hi all,
Been a while since I've been on. My 850 has been running great...finally!

I checked the oil yesterday. I was a little over 2 quarts low! Has been almost 3 months and about 2500 miles since the last change. The car does not burn oil and I have seen no puddles of oil. Mabye a drop or two. Where is it going, anyone have any ideas?

Also, all of a sudden my temp guage will drop all the way down. In february I had done: new rad, thermostat, some new hoses, & coolant tem sensor. Any ideas?
