Headlight Flasher wig/wag C70 2000

I have a 2000 C70 coupe and have the need to add a wig/wag type headlight flasher. I am a sworn LEO and my chief has given us the approval to outfit our POVs with warning lights. I have already equipped the C70 with R/B leds, but am searching for the wig/wag headlight and tail light flashers. Also, if anyone has installed and strobe type hide aways I would appreciate your help on where you drilled the mounting hole for the headlight and tail light.
