My son's '01 S60 died and now has no electrical power. No crank, no dash lights, no electric windows. The battery is probably the original. Is there a main fuse somewhere that might have blown? Will the battery die this quickly? He was listening to the radio and shifting gears when it died and noticed no gradual loss of electrical power. He said it just died, coasted to a stop, then wouldn't crank to try and restart. My daughter's '88 740 did a similar thing, but she noticed the lights dimming and the radio fading out before it died of a bad alternator.
