Regular gas in a S70 Turbo? S70 1999

Daughter is looking at a '99 S70 turbo.
Don't think it is the high pressure version.
She does not really want a turbo, but it is available at a decent price.
No other acceptable cars are available.
Can she use regular gas in it?
Her high mileage 850, non-turbo says premium but she has never put premium in it.
She will seldom, if ever, use the power.
Mostly used for commuting in traffic.
We have 87, 89 and 93 pump octane available here in NJ.
