A/C Clutch woes (and squeels!)

1993 850 GLT

A/C works rather well for its age but the clutch squeels constantly with or without engagement...

Not looking to pop $500 for a new Compressor but has anyone taken on the task to remove the clutch for replacement?

Are these clutches interchangable with a 240 compressor?
